Marie Priestly is a native of Atlanta,Georgia. She was reared and educated in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a teacher and speaker who demonstrates God's love by proclaiming the "Good News." As the wife of Bishop Royce B. Priestly, Marie has assumed an active role at, The Rose of Sharon Ministries, San Antonio, Texas where her husband is founder and senior pastor. The Rose of Sharon Church Family refers to her as their, "First Lady" |

| Ordained a minster in July 2005, her committment to helping others is evident through her lifestyle of service. "Wives Praying for Their Husbands Ministry "was birth through Lady Priestly in April of 2002. This ministry encourages men and women to pray for their spouses to walk according to their calling in Christ Jesus. She has coordinated numerous Annual Women's Retreats. Marie is called upon as a Guest Speaker, Prayer Leader , Bible Study Teacher and Mistress of Ceremony due to her boldness in delivering the word of God. As an Educator for thirty four years, Marie has a genuine love for her students and their families. She believes everything we do should be for the "Glory of God." In June 2007, Minister Priestly was appointed "National Director of Women" for the Penecostal Fellowship Churches,Inc( PFC) in addition, she was elected to sit on PFC's National Advisory Board . In 2008 she was appointed by her husband as Co. Pastor of the Rose. That same year Pastor Marie was ordained as an Elder. In June 2011 Elder Marie was awarded a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling, from Guadalupe Theological Seminar, in San Antonio, Texas.. She is a certified Pastoral and Temperament Counselor,specializing in Crisis Abuse Therapy. Elder Marie holds an office at Guadalupe as Student Council President. Also in June 201l, during PFC's Annual Convocation in Sylacauga, Alabama,Elder Marie was appointed be Chief Apostle, Marshal Leonard, as National Mother for the organization Pastor Marie continues to work beside her husband, Bishop Royce B. Priestly, Senior Pastor of the Rose of Sharon Ministries. Currently, Pastor Marie Priestly is working on her PHD in Christian Counseling. She is also in the process of building her practice as a Licensed Christian Counselor. |
